2,632 in the last 90 days vs. the prior 90.
The optimization created lift. The opening decides whether it gets seen.
157 in the last 90 days vs. the prior 90.
Packaging across the full post-change window.
Strong response when YouTube serves the work.
Down 90% vs. the prior 28 days.
Pre-replacement Studio read retained for creative comparison.
A 27-second average on a 14-second Short signals strong looping.
The opening frame is now the main optimization target.
Reach improved materially. Search, suggested video, and browse all contributed. This is evidence that the May title, description, and thumbnail pass did its job.
Fresh distribution faded. The channel still converts impressions into views, but YouTube is serving the library far less often without new publishing activity.
One residential video carries 41% of the current traffic.
L64 owns the amenity niche. Residential is the open flank.
| Live YouTube query | Best rank | L64 results | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| rooftop amenity design | #2 | 8 of top 20 | Strong category ownership. |
| multifamily outdoor amenity design | #2 | 13 of top 20 | Dominant long-tail footprint. |
| outdoor amenity landscape architecture | #1 | 8 of top 20 | The clearest authority signal. |
| luxury residential landscape design | Not top 20 | 0 of top 20 | Priority content gap. |
The one-time repairs are live. The publishing pulse has restarted.
Closed: genuine font runtime live everywhere
The banner, all 38 long-form thumbnails, three Slate test variants, all three One Move masters, and this audit now render from the manifest-verified variable-font package used by L64. CHIEF owns the exact-Fraunces canon and corrected typography ruling; IRIS enforces the design-system standard; HERMES verifies the actual fvar/opsz font binaries and owns scheduled YouTube motion. All three retired static-font Shorts are private and fail unauthenticated public-watchability checks. Every active renderer now stops before producing media if the locked hashes, axes, font stacks, or exact-Fraunces referee drift.
Closed: Home tab and Studio in Motion shelf
The public Home tab is live with Modern Elm as the new-viewer trailer, Grandeur for returning viewers, For You, Videos, Shorts, Project Proof Libraries, Popular videos, and a visible Studio in Motion section. The section links to the public playlist and renders both canonical episodes, with One Move 02 first.
Closed: profile completed
The canonical L64 banner, @loftsixfour handle, expanded multifamily and luxury-residential description, business email, and 6/4 video watermark are published.
Closed: priority videos connected
Nine eligible priority videos now use a video-plus-subscribe end screen, and all 10 priority videos have a tailored pinned next-step comment. Skyhouse is 15 seconds and is below YouTube's end-screen minimum.
Closed: new Shorts captioned
One Move 01 and 02 are live and One Move 03 is scheduled, each with five accurate timed English cues. English video and title-description language metadata is set on the top 10; narrated legacy videos still need generated or supplied transcripts before accurate captions can be published.
Running: Studio in Motion publishing pulse
All three Studio in Motion masters use searchable design-process titles, buyer-relevant descriptions, and canonical variable Fraunces. One Move 01 and One Move 02 are live and outreach-approved; One Move 03 is scheduled for July 21 and remains held until public verification.
Closed: playlist hygiene repaired
Video Case Studies now has a buyer-relevant description. Duplicate portfolio entries are removed, and Slate, Kozo House, and Sage Valley now sit in Luxury Residential rather than Rooftop Amenity Design.
Running: corrected Slate thumbnail test
YouTube is testing three controlled residential promises rendered with canonical variable Fraunces: Luxury Outside, Resort at Home, and Outdoor Living. Keep every other title and thumbnail stable until the native test reports a winner.
YouTube is now accountable to fees. Attention alone does not count.
Historical pre-goal baseline found in live Outreach Log and Gmail evidence.
A warm signal. It is not yet a qualified conversation.
Requires a verified project, referral, or concrete next-step path.
Must land on the existing deal surface, not in a YouTube-only tracker.
No fee or revenue claim without agreement, invoice, and payment proof.
20 right-fit projects. $1.52M topline.
The channel must materially contribute to L64's firmwide annual target: 12 luxury residential projects and eight flagship rooftop or outdoor amenity projects. The win is lower sales friction, more qualified demand, signed fees, collected revenue, repeat partners, and reusable team capability.
30 → 10 → 4 → 2 → 1
The first operating target is 30 qualified video-assisted proof uses, 10 qualified conversations, four opportunities, two proposals, and one signed right-fit project or at least $25,000 in signed fees. Production support: three anchor videos and six Shorts.
Monday holds team truth
The existing L64 Outreach Log remains the join point. Source URL keeps the Gmail thread, Notes names the exact public YouTube proof, and Contact carries the relationship into the existing deal, proposal, agreement, invoice, and payment chain.
The goal-period baseline is zero
The operating period starts July 14, 2026. The four historical proof uses and one reply establish that the behavior can be observed, but they are not rolled forward as new goal-period performance.
One evidence chain, two surfaces
Monday is the team source of truth. This CORTEX audit is Brandon's visual mirror. HERMES maintains publication, QA, follow-up, and receipt motion; CHIEF owns goal meaning and adjudicates whether evidence truly clears each business stage.
The next publishing year is already on the drive.
Process and authority files across eight curated roots; deduplication remains part of the production gate.
Finished edits, raw footage, reels, charrettes, and timelapses.
A separate source layer inside the year-by-year project archive.
Estate, house, ranch, retreat, and residential-community work.
Plans, sketches, layouts, renderings, Lumion views, and charrette material.
Image selections already identified in source manifests.
18 recent project clips plus seven legacy edits showing real collaborative design work.
Published from the archive
The rights-clear 2016 design timelapses now power One Move 01, republished with original audio, canonical variable Fraunces, captions, metadata, and a public verification receipt. Its retired static-font URL is private and excluded from outreach.
Second archive release is public
The transformed Woodgate process film now powers the public One Move 02, with source audio removed, original audio, exact L64 typography, captions, metadata, related proof, and a publication receipt. The anonymized studio-charrette film powers One Move 03 on July 21 and remains held until public verification.
Ready to produce next
Four low-friction concepts remain after audio, source, and deduplication checks, including plan-reveal, rooftop-concept, residential-community, and client-presentation stories.
Review before use
Six high-value sources are intentionally held for anonymization, participant or guest context, address and plan-label removal, and reuse confirmation.
Recut, do not duplicate
Five excellent sources belong inside sharper case-study edits, Shorts, and buyer-specific excerpts rather than as another copy of work already represented on the channel.
Mine for durable ideas
A 47-minute founder presentation plus a 30-clip plan-to-place bank can supply voice-led authority and visual proof after transcript, authorship, and project matching.
Finished work attracts. Visible judgment builds trust.
Team collaboration around paper plans, overlays, and live programming decisions.
Digital sketch, color, and final-graphic sessions ready for transformed excerpts.
Professionally edited interview material on brand, collaboration, amenity value, and retention.
Eight generic design motions plus three project-specific concept builds.
Colored plan details, built-project walkthroughs, and founder footage for matched stories.
One Move
One visible design decision and one useful sentence. The first two episodes are live and the third is scheduled; the format now has a verified production, caption, metadata, publication, outreach, and measurement path.
At the Table
Real hands, overlays, and discussion make collaboration tangible before a prospect ever meets the team.
Why We Moved It
A founder or team voice explains the judgment behind one move: circulation, programming, privacy, grade, or outdoor-room sequence.
From Markup to Place
Sketch, plan, rendering, and built experience form one complete proof arc for residential, rooftop, or amenity buyers.
Studio Notes
Answer a specific buyer question with process plus project evidence, creating the high-value link an outreach agent can send.
The structural work is done. Now earn fresh distribution.
Prove the revenue loop
For every qualified outreach use, preserve the Gmail thread in Source URL and name the exact public video in Notes. Reconcile replies, qualified conversations, opportunities, proposals, signed agreements, invoices, and collected revenue against existing Monday and finance evidence. The next unresolved lever is qualified proof use, not raw distribution.
Keep the publishing pulse visible
One Move 01 and 02 are live, and One Move 03 is scheduled for July 21. Measure all three releases, then build one useful Studio Notes or From Markup to Place anchor, with every Short pointing to relevant proof.
Open the residential search lane
Produce three focused videos from the archive around luxury residential landscape design, architect-landscape collaboration, and concept-plan thinking. That is the only audited target query where L64 did not appear in the top 20.
Complete accurate captions where speech exists
Recheck YouTube's automatic tracks after the new English metadata processes. Where no track appears, generate or supply a transcript before publishing captions; do not fabricate dialogue for music-led films.
Run the creative reference loop
Before every release, score the hook, title, first frame, thumbnail, pacing, proof value, buyer relevance, and brand execution against L64's current leaders and relevant public references. Revise up to three passes, verify the real upload in Studio, then let observed audience behavior replace subjective taste.
Read the Slate test
Let YouTube run the three-way thumbnail test for up to two weeks. Keep the winner, record its CTR and view-duration read, then decide whether one additional low-CTR video deserves a test.
